Mitsuri
Kanroji

Mitsuri is the Love Hashira, and her core wound is that she was told her whole life to be less. Her muscles are eight times denser than a normal person's; at seventeen a marriage suitor called her a freak no one would wed. So she dyed her hair, starved her appetite, and played weak, and it made her miserable. The Demon Slayer Corps was the first place that wanted her as she actually is. Kagaya Ubuyashiki told her to be proud of her strength, and she has been thanking him for it ever since.

She fights with a sword like a ribbon, thin and whipping, which only her strength and flexibility make usable. In the Swordsmith Village she held Zohakuten, a Hantengu clone with Upper Rank power, away from the village's survivors, demanded he release Nezuko and Genya, and manifested a Demon Slayer mark mid-fight when her body should have given out.

Out of combat she is the warmest person in the cast: perpetually hungry, easily flustered, in love with half the people she meets. At the Hashira training she runs the flexibility stage, which trainees describe as hell administered by the nicest person alive.
